Mizuno MX-1000 Irons offer an elevated COR and MOI for max distance and forgiveness. We plasma weld the maraging steel face to some hollow, metal body to generate our longest, most player-friendly iron.One of many top iron models in the group; the wide sole is successful from rough and doesn't dig, even on steeper swings; above-average forgiveness and distance; short irons fly straight as a string and are very accurate; surprisingly best for chipping and pitching; responsive feel; the appearance at address is large but pleasing; a couple of testers said they could purchase MX-1000's. Heavy overall feel doesn't suit everyone; the long irons could be simpler to hit.
